2. These terms
By placing an order you accept these terms. Please also read our Privacy policy, Returns, Warranty and Shipping pages.
3. Who may order
You must be able to enter a binding contract and provide accurate delivery and contact details.
4. How an order is made
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send you an order confirmation. If a product turns out to be unavailable or incorrectly priced, we may decline the order and will refund any amount already charged.
5. Prices
Prices are shown in New Israeli Shekels. ENDUZA is registered as an עוסק פטור, so no VAT is charged and the price shown is the final price you pay. As an עוסק פטור we issue a receipt (קבלה), not a tax invoice (חשבונית מס). Products without an approved local price cannot be purchased; you may contact us for a quote.
6. Product information
Technical specifications (rim depth, internal and external width, weight, hub and freehub compatibility, tubeless readiness) come from the manufacturer. Weights and finishes can vary slightly between production batches. If a detail matters to your build, ask us before ordering.
7. Payment
Payment is taken through our payment provider at checkout. We do not store full card details.
8. Delivery
We ship across Israel. Shipping is free and normally takes 5–8 business days. Details are on the Shipping page. Risk passes to you on delivery.
9. Cancellation and returns
Your statutory cancellation rights for distance purchases under Israeli consumer protection law apply. See the Returns page.
10. Warranty
Products carry the manufacturer warranty, handled locally by ENDUZA. See the Warranty page. Nothing here limits your statutory rights.
11. Correct use
Wheels must be fitted and maintained correctly, within the manufacturer maximum tyre pressure and rider weight limit. Do not attempt structural repair of a carbon rim.

13. Intellectual property
ENDUZA branding belongs to us. FFWD names, marks and product material are used with the manufacturer's authorization and remain their property.
