The commercial terms below are ENDUZA’s own decisions. The statutory figures follow Israeli consumer protection law and should be confirmed against the current regulations before this page goes live.
Returns and exchanges
Last updated: 27 July 2026
There are two separate ways to send a wheel back to us. The first is your legal right and applies to every order. The second is an extra we offer on top of it.
1. Cancelling under Israeli law — 14 days, unused
Buying from enduza.com is a distance purchase (עסקת מכר מרחוק). You may cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after you receive the goods, or after you receive the disclosure document — whichever is later.
- Condition: the wheels must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories and documentation.
- Cancellation fee: none. Israeli law allows a seller to charge up to 5% of the order or 100 ₪ — whichever is lower. ENDUZA does not charge it.
- Return shipping: you arrange and pay for the return to our address in Israel. We give you the address when you open the return. Exception: if the item arrived faulty, damaged or is not what you ordered, we pay.
- Refund: to your original payment method within 14 days of your cancellation notice, once we have the goods back.
Longer cancellation periods apply under Israeli law to senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants. Tell us and we will apply them.
2. The ENDUZA 100-day ride trial — ride it, then decide
Wheels are hard to judge in a showroom. So you can actually ride them. If within 100 days of delivery the wheels are not right for you, send them back and we refund the purchase price.
- You may ride them. Normal wear from riding is fine — that is the point of the trial.
- What we cannot accept: crash damage, structural damage to the rim or hub, missing parts, or wheels that have been modified or repaired by someone else.
- Where they go: back to FFWD Wheels in Zwolle, the Netherlands. We send you the exact address and paperwork when you open the trial return.
- Who pays: you pay the international return shipping and any duties or customs charges. Budget for this before you start a trial return — it is not a small amount for a wheelset.
- Refund: the purchase price, to your original payment method, after the wheels arrive and are inspected.
This trial is something we offer in addition to your rights under Israeli law. It does not replace them, and nothing here can give you less than the law requires.
Which one applies to me?
- Unused, still boxed, within 14 days → cancel under the law. Return to us in Israel. Simplest and cheapest for you.
- Already ridden, or more than 14 days have passed (up to 100) → the ride trial. Return to Zwolle at your cost.
- Arrived faulty, damaged or wrong → neither of the above. See below, and we cover everything.
How to start a return
- Email maor.trizzers@gmail.com or call 051-207-2232 with your order number and the reason.
- Tell us which of the two routes above applies. If you are not sure, we will work it out with you.
- We confirm the return and send you the correct address — Israel or Zwolle — plus any paperwork.
- Pack the wheels properly, ideally in the original box, with all parts included.
Please do not send anything back before we confirm the return. A wheelset that turns up at the wrong address is a problem for both of us.
Faulty, damaged or incorrect items
If something arrives damaged or is not what you ordered, contact us as soon as possible with photographs. We arrange collection, replacement or refund at our cost. This is separate from cancellation and from the trial, and it does not affect your statutory rights.
Manufacturing defects
Defects that appear later are handled under the manufacturer warranty — see the Warranty page.
Questions before you buy
If you are unsure whether a wheel fits your bike, ask us first. Checking compatibility before ordering avoids most returns — and saves you a shipping bill.
