ההזמנה שלך היא הצעה לרכישה. החוזה נכרת כאשר אנו שולחים אישור הזמנה. אם מוצר אינו זמין או תומחר בטעות, אנו רשאים לדחות את ההזמנה ולהחזיר כל סכום שנגבה.
מחירים
המחירים בשקלים חדשים. ENDUZA רשומה כעוסק פטור, ולכן לא נגבה מע"מ והמחיר המוצג הוא המחיר הסופי שתשלם. אנו מנפיקים קבלה ולא חשבונית מס. מוצרים שאין להם מחיר מאושר בישראל אינם ניתנים לרכישה.
מידע על המוצר
המפרטים מגיעים מהיצרן. משקלים וגימורים עשויים להשתנות במעט בין סדרות ייצור. אם פרט מסוים קריטי לך — שאל אותנו לפני ההזמנה.
משלוח
משלוח חינם לכל רחבי ישראל, בדרך כלל 5–8 ימי עסקים. הסיכון עובר אליך עם המסירה.
ביטול, החזרות ואחריות

שימוש נכון
יש להרכיב ולתחזק את הגלגלים כראוי, בגבולות לחץ האוויר המרבי ומשקל הרוכב המרבי שקבע היצרן.
קניין רוחני
מותג ENDUZA שייך לנו. השמות, הסימנים וחומרי המוצר של FFWD מופיעים באישור היצרן ונשארים בבעלותו.

Orders
Your order is an offer to buy. A contract is formed when we send an order confirmation. If a product is unavailable or was priced incorrectly we may decline the order and refund any amount charged.
Prices
Prices are in New Israeli Shekels. ENDUZA is registered as an עוסק פטור, so no VAT is charged and the price shown is the final price you pay. We issue a receipt (קבלה) rather than a tax invoice (חשבונית מס). Products without an approved local price cannot be purchased.
Product information
Specifications come from the manufacturer. Weights and finishes can vary slightly between production batches. Ask us before ordering if a detail matters to your build.
Delivery
Free shipping across Israel, normally 5–8 business days. Risk passes to you on delivery.
Cancellation, returns and warranty
See our Return and refund policy and the Warranty page. Your statutory rights under Israeli consumer protection law apply and are not limited by these terms.
Correct use
Wheels must be fitted and maintained correctly, within the manufacturer maximum tyre pressure and rider weight limit.
Intellectual property
ENDUZA branding belongs to us. FFWD names, marks and product material are used with the manufacturer’s authorization and remain their property.
Governing law
