יש שתי דרכים נפרדות להחזיר גלגל ל־ENDUZA. הראשונה היא הזכות החוקית שלך. השנייה היא הטבה שאנחנו מוסיפים מעליה.

1. ביטול לפי חוק הגנת הצרכן — 14 יום, ללא שימוש

רכישה מ־enduza.com היא עסקת מכר מרחוק. ניתן לבטל מרגע ההזמנה ועד 14 יום ממועד קבלת המוצר או ממועד קבלת מסמך הגילוי — המאוחר מביניהם.

הגלגלים חייבים להיות ללא שימוש, באריזה המקורית ועם כל האביזרים.
דמי ביטול: אין. החוק מתיר לגבות עד 5% מסכום העסקה או 100 ₪ — הנמוך מביניהם. ENDUZA מוותרת על דמי הביטול.
ההחזרה לכתובתנו בישראל היא באחריותך ועל חשבונך — למעט מקרה שבו המוצר הגיע פגום, ניזוק או שאינו מה שהזמנת, ואז ההחזרה על חשבוננו.
ההחזר הכספי יבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי בתוך 14 יום ממועד הודעת הביטול, לאחר שהמוצר חזר אלינו.

לאזרח ותיק, לאדם עם מוגבלות ולעולה חדש עומדות תקופות ביטול ארוכות יותר על פי חוק.

2. 100 ימי ניסיון של ENDUZA

מותר לרכוב על הגלגלים. אם תוך 100 יום ממועד המסירה הם לא מתאימים לך — אפשר להחזיר ואנחנו מזכים את מחיר הרכישה.

בלאי רגיל מרכיבה מתקבל. לא מתקבלים: נזק מתאונה, נזק מבני לחישוק או לציר, חלקים חסרים, או שינוי ותיקון שבוצעו בידי גורם אחר.
החזרות במסגרת הניסיון נשלחות אל FFWD Wheels בזוולה שבהולנד. אנחנו מספקים את הכתובת והמסמכים.
המשלוח הבינלאומי וכל מס או אגרת מכס חלים עליך. כדאי לתמחר את זה מראש.
ההחזר הכספי מבוצע לאמצעי התשלום המקורי לאחר שהגלגלים מגיעים ונבדקים.

הניסיון הזה ניתן בנוסף לזכויות שלך על פי חוק ולא במקומן. אין במדיניות הזאת כדי לגרוע ממה שמגיע לך לפי הדין הישראלי.

There are two separate ways to return a wheel to ENDUZA. The first is your legal right. The second is an extra we offer on top of it.

1. Cancelling under Israeli law — 14 days, unused

Buying from enduza.com is a distance purchase (עסקת מכר מרחוק). You may cancel from the moment you order until 14 days after you receive the goods, or after you receive the disclosure document — whichever is later.

The wheels must be unused, in their original packaging, with all accessories.
Cancellation fee: none. The law permits up to 5% of the order or 100 ₪ (the lower of the two). ENDUZA does not charge it.
You arrange and pay for the return to our address in Israel — except where the item arrived faulty, damaged or incorrect, in which case we pay.
Refund to your original payment method within 14 days of the cancellation notice, once the goods are back with us.

Longer cancellation periods apply under Israeli law to senior citizens, people with disabilities and new immigrants.

2. The ENDUZA 100-day ride trial

You may ride the wheels. If within 100 days of delivery they are not right for you, return them and we refund the purchase price.

Normal riding wear is accepted. Crash damage, structural damage, missing parts, or third-party modification or repair are not.
Trial returns go back to FFWD Wheels in Zwolle, the Netherlands. We supply the address and paperwork.
You pay the international return shipping and any duties or customs charges.
Refund of the purchase price to your original payment method after the wheels arrive and are inspected.

This trial is offered in addition to your statutory rights. It does not replace them, and nothing in this policy gives you less than Israeli law requires.
