Payment details — handled by our payment provider. We do not store full card numbers.
Bike and fitment details you send us — frame, brake type, drivetrain and similar, when you ask for advice.
Technical and usage data — IP address, device and browser, pages viewed, referring site.

Why we use it

To process, deliver and support your order, including warranty and service — needed to perform our contract with you.
To answer your questions and advise on compatibility — at your request.
To meet bookkeeping, tax and consumer-protection duties — legal obligation.
To improve the store, and to send marketing only if you have agreed — you can withdraw that agreement at any time.

Who we share it with

Shopify (our store platform and hosting), our payment provider, delivery carriers, and service providers such as analytics. We do not sell your personal information.

Where it is processed
